Firstly – you have to know what it means for you, and secondly – you need to know what you are prepared to do differently to allow yourself to experience it.
Last weekend, we had The Happiness Hunter Retreat – which is essentially a two day immersion into the teachings of The Happiness Hunter in an incredibly safe, healing and supportive space, providing you with an opportunity to take some time to reflect on where you are in your life, to understand what a happy, meaningful & successful life looks like for you and to take a step back to see where your gaps are and what steps you can take to move forward in a more positive direction.

Last weekend capped off an incredible week here – walking with Brad Yates on Monday (it’s on video so that means it really, really did happen lol) through to the Leadership Group Development Day for our walk leaders on Friday – who are beginning to be dotted around the country. Our Perth walk will be launching on the 22nd July and Brisbane won’t be too far behind. ROAD TRIP! Woo hoooo! Most of you know how much I love meditation, and how much it has changed my life – it’s something that I’d love for all of you to experience as well.
