Episode 100

Your Support Crew with Loren Bartley

In today’s episode, we are celebrating 100 episodes of The Happiness Hunter podcast! Marking milestones is such an important part of any undertaking we do, and having people to share our celebrations, wins and successes with is part of what makes the achievement so much sweeter.

Jim Rohn said that we are the average of the five people we spend the most time with. So to acknowledge the 100th episode, we are talking about our support crew – the people we have in our corner, supporting us, backing us, lifting us and cheering us on. The people that we choose to have in our orbit, the people who help to shape us into the best version of ourselves.

I’m so excited to be joined by Loren Bartley for this conversation. Loren and I were co-hosts together on the Business Addicts podcast between 2015 and 2019. We are both a big – and unconditional – part of each other’s support crew.

It was such a joy to be back recording with Loren, and I know you will enjoy this episode.

  • Who is in your support crew?
  • What are the relationships that you have that you want to invest more deeply in?
  • Where could you focus on building your support crew to help you overcome your weaknesses?

Ultimately – who is in your corner?

I would also like to take this opportunity to give a massive shout out and thank you to Mish Green and Alanna Quigley for all of their support for me, The Happiness Hunter and this podcast.

My Mission

Fiona Redding

My mission in life is to share everything I have learned – and am continuing to learn – about turning my own life around and to really help you understand that happiness is to be found in the overcoming of obstacles and challenges in your life, and not in the absence of them.  To achieve your potential in life, you need to become your potential.  And for that to be, you need to understand yourself, and learn how to harness your strengths and overcome your weaknesses.   You have the power within you to create whatever reality you choose, and I am here to help you know that if you don’t like what you are experiencing, then you can absolutely change that.   But you do have to choose, believe, and be open to all possibilities, and to keep showing up every day, even when it feels really hard. Because if you do what is easy, your life will be hard.  But if you do what is hard, your life will be easy.
