The best way to get things done, is to focus and get clear on your intention, on what you want to achieve and why you want to achieve it.   Focus is a mental game. 

You’ll learn how to become stronger within yourself through the practice of meditation, setting intentional goals and building daily habits, routines and rituals that will support you to achieving them.

If you do what you’ve always done, then you’ll get what you’ve always got.

In The Academy, you’ll learn how to make a commitment to doing what you say you are going to do, and then hold yourself accountable to doing it.

In The Academy, we focus on getting clear on what you want to achieve, and what that means for you on a daily basis, to break it down to it’s simplest level.

Each month, you will set an intention for the month ahead, each week you will set a goal for the week, and each week you will reflect as to how you went with it.

 With a Facebook group and a live monthly coaching call with Fiona Redding, you’ll be able to check in and learn how to keep moving forward without giving up.

The way to live your best life, is to show up every day as the best possible version of you.  In The Academy, we focus on small, daily, incremental changes to build your foundation, set your day up and put you in the strongest position to achieve success in every area of your life.

You know what you are meant to be doing to live your life well.  But the reality is, you haven’t fully committed, you are not consistent, and there is no accountability built in.

If nothing changes, then nothing changes.

You’ve got an idea for how you’d like your life to be, but you’ve got to a point where you’ve started to realise that THIS IS IT.  Maybe you’ve found yourself a bit stuck, and you just don’t know how to move forward, or maybe you have a feeling deep inside you that you know that there is meant to be more to life than this and you know it could be better… if you could just work out how to get out of your own way.

Enter… The Academy.  While there is never a silver bullet – all change requires focus and consistent effort – here in The Academy, our community will support you as you learn how to change your perception of yourself and your life, set and achieve meaningful daily goals and implement lasting changes.

You are the creator of your own reality.  Learning to live in the present moment and being balanced; mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and socially will lead to much better quality of life and outcomes for you in every area of your life and business.

Knowledge and awareness are nothing without understanding and action.  Most us know what we are meant to be doing,  but are we doing it?  Why don’t we do those things we say we want to do, that we know we should be doing?  Yes, changing is hard.  Deciding on what we want to do and then sticking at it, well, most of our lives are littered with good intentions.  There always seems to be something more important to do.

And good intentions without backed up action don’t actually get us anywhere… except perhaps to feel bad about ourselves. And what a waste of a life that is.

At The Happiness Hunter, our philosophy is very simple.  If you want your life to change, then you need to change.  In The Academy, not only will you learn practical, proven strategies and tools to step you on the path to living your best life, our community is here to support you and keep you accountable every step of the way.

You’ll learn directly from me (Fiona Redding), with straight talking and honest teaching. I teach from experience, walk my talk and I’m right here in the trenches with you, with my sleeves rolled up and doing the work too.  I’m living proof that this stuff works.  And I’m fully supported in my own life by my own incredible teacher, Grandmaster Dr Issam Kadamani from The International College of Meditation & Healing, who you’ll meet along the way too.

 

Meditation

So you think you can’t meditate?  It’s a practice.  Everyone can meditate!  Meditation will open you up and change your life in the most extraordinary of ways.  Every week a different guided meditation will be shared to set you on your path to a daily meditation practice

Movement

You know you need to be exercising more, because not only does it feel good, it’s good for you!  With our weekly Happiness Hunter walks and setting weekly goals around your exercise, you’ll have accountability to be moving your body more in no time

Intention & Reflection Sessions

Set your intention for the month ahead and at the start of each week and share your experience and challenges with the community.  We’ll hold you accountable to doing what you thought you never could, cheer you on and celebrate your success!

Live Coaching Calls

Join in on a live group coaching call at 12pm on the last Friday of each month where we will reflect on the month, help shift your mindset and discuss strategies to help overcome your challenges 

Book Club

We all want to be reading more, right?  Reading is so good for us, and we learn new things!  Sharing what we learned with others is of even greater benefit.  Each month you’ll be able to read a book of the month, hear from others and share what you’ve learned

Mindset

Mindset is everything, what we think we become.  Learn how to become more aware of your existing belief systems and to create new and more empowering beliefs to support the life you want to be living

A-Teams

How does it work?

The Academy provides a simple solution to what is fundamentally a very simple challenge.

In our busy lives, however, we tend to overlook and over complicate the things that are the critical pillars to a peaceful and balanced life.  

 

We’ll show you how to create the time and space for the things that really matter, to remove the drama and the obstacles around doing the things in life that you know you need to do.

How do I access The Academy?

The Academy lives in a private Facebook group.  The monthly group coaching call will be via Zoom on the last Friday of the month at 12pm AEST.  You will also receive regular emails.  When you join The Academy, you will be sent information as to how to access the Facebook community and what to expect. 

Who is it for?

If you are tired of not achieving the things that you know you need to do (like meditating, walking, setting goals and making plans, taking the action you need to take), then The Academy is a great place for you to start.  The Happiness Hunter is a wonderful community of people just like you, seeking more from life.

What if I want more support?

If you find that you’ve hit a block and you can’t move through it, get in touch and organise some coaching or healing with Fiona Redding or one of our team. 

Can I get a refund?

There are two options to join The Academy.  Pay by month and cancel at any time or pay annually and save $118.  If you want to try it out, sign up for the monthly membership and you can upgrade later (please note that your annual membership will be billed at the current membership rate at time of transfer).  There are no refunds.

How much time is involved?

Like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it.  The intention with The Academy is not to create additional work for you, but to help you consistently take the action that you want and need to take in the most accessible and simple way possible.  There are no workbooks to complete or extra activities that you need to do.

Is there a pathway?

The Academy is the first step into working with The Happiness Hunter.   Once you have become comfortable with taking daily action, you can take the next step and join The Bootcamp.  This is a more intensive 3 month program that teaches you The Happiness Hunter Framework.  You can also attend The Happiness Hunter Retreat and Visioning Weekend.
