The Bootcamp has had a huge impact on my life. The biggest impact is on my mindset – in less than a year, I changed my mindset, lost and maintained a healthy weight, and was in a better place to be able to support my Dad as he battled with the cancer. I improved my relationship with my former partner and my son. I undertook study and during an organisation redesign at work, I kept myself strong and obtained a regrading. The second year, I have focussed on healing myself emotionally after the loss of my father and my son moving out. I also received a promotion at work and have achieved the salary banding I set myself 18 months ago. My journey continues. Next year, I plan to improve my finances and to finally undertake the Portugese Camino.
In many ways I don’t recognise myself from who I was in February this year. There will always be pieces of me that need working on, stuff will continue to come up, but I can make a conscious choice as to how I will react and respond. I know I don’t have to follow my negative thoughts. My day to day life is now calm and peaceful, a description I’ve never used before. How does it work?
The Academy provides a simple solution to what is fundamentally a very simple challenge.
In our busy lives, however, we tend to overlook and over complicate the things that are the critical pillars to a peaceful and balanced life.
We’ll show you how to create the time and space for the things that really matter, to remove the drama and the obstacles around doing the things in life that you know you need to do.
How do I access The Academy?
The Academy lives in a private Facebook group. There is a weekly group coaching call via Zoom. When you join The Academy, you will be sent your log in details for the Bootcamp and information as to how to access the Facebook community.
Who is it for?
The Academy is designed for business owners and business leaders, running successful businesses, but struggling with the constant juggle and feeling tired of not achieving the things that you know you need to do (for example like meditating, walking, setting goals and making plans, taking the action you need to take). You know that there has to be a better way, but you just can’t work out what that is, or you don’t seem to be able to stick at it. You want to feel calmer, less stressed, improve your health and wellbeing, improve your relationships, feel better about your finances and generally feel like you are doing something good with your life and contributing something of meaning to the world. The Happiness Hunter is a wonderful community of people on a similar path, seeking greater purpose, clarity of mind and deeper connection.
What is the cost of membership?
Your membership is $99 per month ($45.70 fortnightly payments) or $999 per year (an annual payment)
Can I get more support?
If you find that you’ve hit a block and you can’t move through it, get in touch and organise some coaching or healing with one of our team. (Please note that Fiona is no longer available for one off coaching sessions).
Can I get a refund?
There is a 7 day cooling off money back guarantee, which will need to be requested in writing. After this time, there are no refunds. PLEASE NOTE there is a 6 month minimum commitment to join The Academy and 30 days notice in writing is required to cancel your membership.
How much time is involved?
Like anything in life, you will get out of it what you put into it. The intention with The Academy is not to create stress for you, but to give you the strategies, tools and resources to help you manage yourself, your life and your time better and to consistently take the action that you want and need to take in the most accessible and simple way possible.
Is there a pathway?
The Academy is an online group coaching program. The next step is to join a Coaching Mastermind with Fiona Redding. The masterminds are small groups (approx 8 people) involving a 9 month program, with more intensive support, individual coaching, in person retreats and a private Facebook group for each mastermind.
