Now taking place across Australia, The Happiness Hunter walks & classes are a positive and uplifing space for you to connect with other people who want the best for you and the best for their own lives.
In 2019, we are now introducing a guided meditation & facilitated discussion following the walk each week. (Please check the individual walk booking information to find out if this is available for your walk).
Including a 40 minute walk along the beach, a guided meditation and facilitated discussion (+a drink) in a private room – this is everything that The Happiness Hunter is about.
It’s a great way to kick off your morning, connect with others on a much deeper level, move your body, still your mind, have weekly accountability and support, to learn from others and to be challenged on your beliefs and points of view.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss challenges you are facing in your everyday life in a positive and empowered way.
Each class stands on its own but your learning and the impact on your life will grow through your regular attendance.
