Hello and welcome.

I’m Fiona Redding, a mindset coach and founder of The Happiness Hunter and my mission in life is to help you navigate life and transform your approach to business.

You deserve to be a happy person, living a happy life, and I am here to show you how.

To teach you how to turn the focus inwards, and to learn how to recognise the power that lives within you to change the way you see and experience the world.

Over the next 21 days, I’m going to share with you 21 different ways to feel grateful every day.

Sometimes, in life we can get caught up in doing what we think is important, and we then forget what is truly important in life. We forget to feel good about ourselves, to make connections with those we love, and lose the ability to experience joy in our everyday moments.

But, your mind does have the ability to focus on what you tell it to focus on. By consciously adopting an attitude of gratitude, you can begin to instruct your subconscious mind in a more positive way. This can encourage empowered thoughts, which can make you feel better, with a more positive and balanced emotional state.

Intentionally adopting a practice of gratitude will transform your life.

In 21 days, you can build a fabulous habit that will last a lifetime.

These habits can help you to bring more energy into your every day.

Over the course of the next 21 days, you will receive a daily email from me, with a link to a short video with your gratitude focus for the day.

All you need to do is spend a few minutes being present and giving though to what you are grateful for right now.

You will discover things about yourself that you did not know, and be able to reflect on your life in a much more positive and empowering way. This in turn will create more opportunities throughout your day to feel and express your gratitude.
