I’m Fiona Redding, the Happiness Hunter and #BusinessAddict. I want to inspire you and your audience as I give you the tools and strategies that will immediately improve your life, business and relationships. But I also want to show you how you can feel happy and healthy as you’re heading towards your goals. I’ve been called a holistic visionary, a fearless leader, and an effervescent, engaging and entertaining speaker. And that’s because people say that I’m like the love child of Richard Branson, Tony Robbins and Oprah Winfrey (and that is a true story).
I’ve created practical strategies and steps that produce mindset shifts because no amount of goal setting and wishing will help you achieve your goals unless you address what’s going on inside.
My odyssey of self discovery and massive life change began a few years ago when I was forced to realise that I had to start making choices that empowered me – that I was the only one who could change my life.
I’ve made my fair share of mistakes and experienced life’s hiccups… and I know that I don’t have all the answers. But my commitment to my audience is that I deliver the best of what I’ve learned – and am still learning.
My audiences tell me that my down to earth and engaging approach makes them feel like I’m speaking directly to them. And because I only talk about what I’ve experienced, put into practice and created, they see, feel and know that I’m authentic, open hearted, kind and grounded.

From the busy corporate world in the UK and Australia, to small and medium business consulting to creating a successful business that is all about social change and has broken all the rules on how businesses should be run. People can see that I’m living proof that what I teach works – that making our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social fitness our number one priority in life creates success, happiness and abundance in all areas of our life! The focus is on a concept called Life Integration, as opposed to work-life balance.
I help people get connected with their life purpose and teach them how to reach their goals while they live an abundant, happy, successful and healthy life.
WOW! When the speaker I had organised had an unfortunate accident and broke his ankle I was unsure how I could find a speaker to replace him. Fortunately for my Mentees and I, Fiona was able to re-arrange her schedule and was able to fill in. Her willingness to help out was extraordinary.
Fiona’s presentation to the group had us all listening intently to every word. We were entertained and educated by her energetic style and amazing insight.
We were all sorry it had to end.
Thank you so much Fiona, you are an absolute star!Andrew Larcombe
You won’t remember me, but I was in the room while you were speaking about fear (you’re an amazing speaker and presenter by the way!) and I was very subtly wiping the tears from my eyes as you spoke about pushing past fear. I had no idea you were going to the at the event, but it is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I have been skirting on the edges of fear for the last 12 months, but more seriously the last 3 months. It’s great because I am finally self-aware about what it is I fear and how the fear is holding me back – I’m just lacking the strategies to actually jump into the fear to see what amazing things lie on the other side (and believe me, I know those things are incredible, but seriously, I’m still so f….g scared). Even 15 minutes into your talk I was dismissing you in my head because I thought ‘she’s not a mum – she has no idea how it feels to have the pressure of providing for the family etc’. And then you mentioned you were a mum and your story of hitting rock-bottom and being homeless…and seriously I knew I had to listen.
Without boring you with details something happened last week that really tested me – like, really tested. It completely floored me and it was like a message from the universe – pushing me to either choose to move past the fear or quit. It completely tested my commitment to my dream and the universe was seriously f…..g with me. You words kept ringing in my ear – over and over throughout the hole week. And I’m so happy to announce that I said a great big f….k you to the fear and have decided to jump all in.
So thank you, I don’t know if I’d have made the same decision if it wasn’t for hearing you speak only a couple of weeks earlier.AN
Fiona Redding has spoken at several of my events and has never failed to deliever a high quality, yet casual and down to earth presentation that moves the audience. One of the things I love most about Fiona’s keynote is that she doesn’t hold back when it comes to sharing her personality and lessons learnt from life experiences. Her ability to be open and vulnerable along with her continued committment to personal growth gives her a unique ability to movitate, inspire and empower everyone around her, whether it be friends & family or an audience of 500 people, there’s a power in her delivery that provokes positive change in any audience.Jo Schutt
