Fiona Redding – Keynote Speaker

Hello! I’m Fiona Redding, founder of the Happiness Hunter.   I believe that we all deserve to be happy people, living happy lives.  I want to inspire you and your audience as I give you the tools and strategies that will immediately improve your life, business and relationships.  And I also want to show you how to feel happy and healthy as you’re heading towards your goals.

Meet Fiona Redding, mindset mentor, author and speaker, on a mission to help you create a happier, more balanced, connected, meaningful, fulfilling and abundant life.

Highly engaging and deeply thought provoking, Fiona shares her knowledge and experience in an open-hearted, kind and grounded way (while pulling no punches) and will leave you feeling motivated and inspired to take some action to create some deep shifts in your own life (and business) too. She hosts The Happiness Hunter podcast and has just released her second book- It Is Possible: letting go of who you think you are, to create the life of your dreams.

Fiona walks the talk. Her mission in life is to share everything she has learned – and is continuing to learn – about turning her own life around: through overcoming a problematic drinking habit, health challenges, financial stress, unemployment, a relationship breakdown, single parenthood, being homeless and re-engineering her business back from the brink during the global pandemic.

Like a breath of fresh air, hugely honest and deeply thought provoking, Fiona will turn the idea of work-life balance on its head, inspiring you instead to think about your life holistically and in its entirety.

She shares life (and business) changing tools and strategies, including how making your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing the priority will lead to success in every area of your life, stepping you through the process to clear the clutter and to live the life of your dreams.

Fiona’s odyssey of self discovery and massive life change began a few years ago when she was forced to start making more empowered choices, realising that she was the only one who could change her life.  She now teaches others how to do the same.

With a background in the HR and business world in the UK and Australia, small and medium business consulting and now running a successful business all about social change, Fiona has broken all the rules about how businesses “should” be run.

Fiona is living proof that what she teaches works.  Making our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social well-being our number one priority creates success, happiness and abundance in all areas of life!

Focus is on a concept called Life Integration, as opposed to work-life balance.

Fiona helps people get connected with their purpose, how to align their goals with their vision and teaches them how to live each day successfully.

Reviews

WOW! When the speaker I had organised had an unfortunate accident and broke his ankle I was unsure how I could find a speaker to replace him. Fortunately for my Mentees and I, Fiona was able to re-arrange her schedule and was able to fill in. Her willingness to help out was extraordinary.

Fiona’s presentation to the group had us all listening intently to every word. We were entertained and educated by her energetic style and amazing insight.

We were all sorry it had to end.

Thank you so much Fiona, you are an absolute star!

You won’t remember me, but I was in the room while you were speaking about fear (you’re an amazing speaker and presenter by the way!) and I was very subtly wiping the tears from my eyes as you spoke about pushing past fear. I had no idea you were going to the at the event, but it is EXACTLY what I needed to hear. I have been skirting on the edges of fear for the last 12 months, but more seriously the last 3 months. It’s great because I am finally self-aware about what it is I fear and how the fear is holding me back – I’m just lacking the strategies to actually jump into the fear to see what amazing things lie on the other side (and believe me, I know those things are incredible, but seriously, I’m still so scared). Even 15 minutes into your talk I was dismissing you in my head because I thought ‘she’s not a mum – she has no idea how it feels to have the pressure of providing for the family etc’. And then you mentioned you were a mum and your story of hitting rock-bottom and being homeless…and seriously I knew I had to listen.

Without boring you with details something happened last week that really tested me – like, really tested. It completely floored me and it was like a message from the universe – pushing me to either choose to move past the fear or quit. It completely tested my commitment to my dream and the universe was seriously messing with me. You words kept ringing in my ear – over and over throughout the whole week. And I’m so happy to announce that I said a great big f….k you to the fear and have decided to jump all in.

So thank you, I don’t know if I’d have made the same decision if it wasn’t for hearing you speak only a couple of weeks earlier.

Fiona Redding has spoken at several of my events and has never failed to deliever a high quality, yet casual and down to earth presentation that moves the audience. One of the things I love most about Fiona’s keynote is that she doesn’t hold back when it comes to sharing her personality and lessons learnt from life experiences. Her ability to be open and vulnerable along with her continued committment to personal growth gives her a unique ability to movitate, inspire and empower everyone around her, whether it be friends & family or an audience of 500 people, there’s a power in her delivery that provokes positive change in any audience.

Through recommendation, we invited Fiona from The Happiness Hunter to speak at our annual conference and it was one of the best things we did for our franchisees this whole year! Owning our own businesses, even within the support network of a franchise, can be an overwhelming struggle with the pressures for time and emotional/family demands never subsiding. Fiona’s philosophy on work/life integration and her approach was fresh, honest and hit close to home for all of our franchisees. We would have no hesitation to recommend Fiona to anyone looking to take control of their businesses and be happy!
